All products sold by License2Bling are new and of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact either by e-mail customerservice@license2bling.com, or call 1-888-254-6469. In order to make your shopping experience more convenient, our limited return and exchange policy is 30 days. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior. A copy of the license2bling.com invoice must be included with all returns.

All items must be returned complete and with all original parts and documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit.

Limited Lifetime Product Warranty This warranty covers the crystals and metal construction. How Long Does The Coverage Last? This warranty lasts as long as you own your frame. In the rare instance of a stone falling out we will at our discretion either send you replacement crystals free of charge or replace the whole frame. There is a $7.99 processing fee for each frame replacement. In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST return the warranty registration card with a copy of the receipt within 90 days of purchase. Non-eligible customers may still exchange their frames but there will be a service charge of $17.99 per frame. You must follow the care instructions we strongly recommend removing the frame during the winter months as salt and gravel spread on the road during snowfall can cause damage to the crystals. You must clean your frame often with a soft cloth- if you allow dirt and water to accumulate on the frame that will cause corrosion and will invalidate this warranty* If we do not have your frame in stock within a reasonable time period we may replace your frame with one of equal value Examples of damage not covered by the warranty 1. Deterioration from wear or exposure* 2. Any defect caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, carelessness, or accident. 3. Any defect caused by alteration or modification of the frame 4. Any defect which would not have occurred if the care instructions had been followed. 5. Any defect caused by attaching the frame using hardware other than that supplied with the frame. How State Law Relates to this Warranty - This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
